With the country’s home cooks looking for healthier, tastier, easier, and more fun ways to feed themselves and their families, I see a need for some basic instruction that seems to be missing on the web and in common cooking demonstrations and classes.  I specialize in training people in the classic techniques that can be used to create great dishes and meals from whatever is in the kitchen and to make those favorite recipes pop and shine.

I bring to the table over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including professional cooking, menu development, catering, kitchen and restaurant management, classic culinary training and conducting  personalized classes for people who just want an easier way.
